Lighting, Sound & Vision Our expertise in lighting, sound and vision are second to none in South Australia, making CAV a logical choice when you want to present your event to the world. Lighting CAV has a large range of lighting to create a lighting program to suit any event large or small and to meet with the clients wants and needs. Lighting enhances a room by helping to create the effect and feel for the event according to what the client wants. Lighting can be used to give a room a cosy, close feel to giving a dynamic stage presence using special effects lights and programming. Lighting can be as simple or as complex as the client wishes it to be. Our experienced staff can create a lighting program to suit any function. CAV staff will liaise with clients to help with creative input and ideas to assist with their ideal lighting scenerio. CAV has a large range of lighting equipment and has been entrusted with many large functions over our 24 years in business. Sound At a large event sound can be critical to the success of the event. CAV staff will work with clients to find out exactly what is needed to ensure every aspect of sound is covered to help create an extraordinary event. We have over a million dollars invested in PA equipment that can be used at functions of any size. As we are entrusted with many large events, we are expected to keep up with state of the art equipment. It is our own expectation and the expectation of our clients that our equipment is of the highest quality. We offer a range of microphones, from the gooseneck mics that can be used with our lecterns, to hand held radio mics and headset mics. These can be used to assist a simple presentation to large functions where microphones are required on stage. Our range of speakers vary in size and power; speak to one of our friendly staff about what type of speakers would be suitable for your function today! We have recently taken delivery of a new ‘line array’ Meyer system, the first in Australia. This is the most advanced system available and is extremely powerful, it can be used for creating amazing sound in large venues. Vision We have the largest range of video/data projectors in Adelaide. For smaller events or functions we can supply visual equipment which can subtly assist a small function. From private functions where a powerpoint presentation is displayed in the background, to corporate functions where a laptop and plasma screen are used to display visual presentations or company logos. For larger events we have powerful projectors and large screens that can be used to show dvd’s, presentations and logos to a huge audience. Our outside broadcast system with camera vision can be used to put vision from the stage or crowd onto large screens. This will enhance your function by allowing a large audience to see what is happening clearly. We have boardroom style projectors to extremely powerful projectors that are suitable for larger functions. We also carry a range of plasma screens and LCD screens, broadcast cameras and support equipment. Our plasma screens can be mounted on 2m high free standing trussing where needed. Both plasmas and LCD screens come in a range of sizes. CAV also supply’s laptops that can be used for computer presentations. We also carry a range of tripod screens that vary in size and can be put to a range of uses.
